Kathleen Bosman is a senior business professional with more than 25 years of corporate experience in international organizations (ITT, Citigroup, Unilever) in Sales Management, Performance Management and People Management, Organizational & Cultural development, Change Management, HR Management, Training and Development, Leadership coaching and Performance Coaching.

From 1996 to 1999 she was responsible for 50 Sales Points as Regional Sales Manager of East- & West- Flanders for Citibank Belgium. She has had direct leadership responsibility over teams from 5 to 200 people and as Head of Organizational and Cultural Development of Citibank Northern Europe (7000 people), she had leadership responsibilies in both Belgium and Germany and worked directly together with the CEO of Northern Europe. She was assigned as Lead Coach for Unilever Belgium in 2007 in order to create a coaching culture within the organization. She trained the Board of Directors and the entire Management population in the use of the GROW model (John Whitmore) and the principles of Performance Coaching.

Today, she is Managing Director of
and Associated Partner in the Coaching Square, Lead trainer and Executive Coach. She has a track record of more than 6500 training hours in people management, leadership, performance management, sales management and coaching. She is Lead-trainer in the ICF Accredited Coach Training Program ROOT-GROW and trains coaches and HR-professionals who want to acquire the ICF Accreditation as Professional Coach.

As a coach, she coaches Leaders and Line Managers in the areas of Personal Leadership, Strategy, People management, Performance Management etc. She is a positive thinker, is solution-oriented and wants to achieve results together with people by making them stronger and more able to achieve positive results. In her coaching she integrates the insights and knowledge of neuro-science and how the brain works. One of her main principles is that the human mind has the power to influence and create our reality.
